I'm doing this the right way, eating clean (veggies, fruits, lean meats, whole grains, etc.) and lots of hard work at the gym and home! All of my goals will be achieved, "success and nothing less".
Diet Fads

Ugh! I can’t stand it when people start talking about new diets they are doing… I just want to hit them across the head and tell them they’re stupid. The only healthy and right way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. Maybe it takes longer than the other diets out there, but there’s less chance of relapse and you’re body will like you better if you do it the right way. Well thanks for letting me vent! :)
